We do not guarantee delivery dates. Placing your order early will ensure receiving our one-of-a-kind made to order keepsake gifts.
Stock Items - Non Personalised Orders Stock Item orders are processed and dispatched within 3 - 5 days. If your order for a stock item is urgent, then use next working day service.
Made to Order Our personalised products are made to order, therefore the dispatch times will vary from product to product. Where possible a dispatch time is clearly stated in the detailed product information, with the expection of personalised candles. We ask that you please take these dispatch times into consideration when placing an order.
Drop Ship - Made to Order Products
Drop Ship Products - Please note: These items are shipped direct from the designers studio. Each individual order arrives on your doorstep directly from the designer who created, and made it, so please note that dispatch times may vary from designer to designer.The typical dispatch time is clearly stated in the detailed product information.
Off-the-shelf generic decorative personalised candles - Processed and dispatched within 5 - 7 working days by standard service or 48/72hrs by express service.
Bespoke Personalised Candles
Important Personalised Custom Design Candle Order Information: All bespoke personalised candles are made to order and dispatched within 10 - 15 working days. *
Please allow 10 - 15 working days for your bespoke personalised candle order to be processed and dispatch. Certain times of the year we are able to dispatch personalised candles within shorter timescales.
We will endeavour to improve upon this timescale where possible, although we are designing and hand making custom designed products, to customer specifications, so please do not expect immediate dispatch, particulary during March - September. Please check dispatch times in the first instance when querying your order time. If you require your item within 10 working days, Please do email us if your order is urgent and we will do our utmost to help. We are unable to make and dispatch candles within 5 working days on our standard service. Emails are trying to be replied to within 24-48 hours.
Personalised Candle Order ProcessingIn order to accommodate our customers, and maintain control over the volume of personalised candle orders we receive, we complete orders according to date of celebration so to be able to ensure a timely dispatch.
This means we flag each Order with "date needed" We've never been late with an order, but our turn around time are longer than mass produced gifts.
To create a personalised candle requires a set amount of time for each process we state 10 - 15 working days for all of our personalised candles.
March - June is always our busiest time of year and during these months we operate a six week work schedule. Once the work schedule is full for six weeks we will advise of updated order times on the website, plus this information is also shown at checkout in terms and conditions which we request to be agreed by clicking the box to show that customers have read and agreed to the terms and conditions, so are aware of when an order will be processed and dispatched before making payment.
Although we never want to disappoint, so when possible we are able to design and create candles in a shorter time and will always try to accommodate you where possible, so if you do not have this amount of time please mail or phone us to discuss our Express Order Service, prices start from £20.00.If you phone and hear our recorded message, please DO leave a message and a call back phone number so we can return your call. We are extremely busy and especially so on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, which are also our biggest posting days. Express Orders - Currently unavailable Due to increasing demands for shorter turnaround times we have recently introduced our Express Service to a select few products at an additional cost of £20.00 per order. Should you require your order fast we offer a '5 working days' (Monday - Friday) dispatch turnaround on your order. When your order is complete it will be sent by Next Day Delivery. Please note Next Day Delivery excludes weekends. This service is only available by contacting us on 01344 297160 and is not always available in peak periods (March - September) so please check for availability before placing an order. Your order will become our priority and your order will be dispatched asap.
Personalised Favour Orders
Our busiest time is March through to September, we ask for 12 weeks notice - to avoid disappointment it is advisable to contact us and pre book your Favour Candle or Favour orders. If you ordering via the internet we like as much time as you can afford to give us in that period. If you have left ordering your favours within 12 weeks of the celebration and we are unable to process your order we will contact you.
We suggest you enquire about availability and turnaround times before placing an order. If you need delivery by a specific date please email us to discuss your needs. Please do not ask for a discount if you are asking for a rush order.
We accept pre booked orders up to 12 months before your Wedding day.
The design studio is always extremely busy and especially Wednesday or Thursdays, which are also our biggest posting days. We value your business.
Discount We are always asked if we offer discount? - Yes, on large orders we do offer a discount. Please remember all of our candles are personalised and hand finished by hand in UK by craft professionals so we are limited on what we can give. If your order is in excess of 130 favours or £250.00 please ask us and we will let you know the best we can do.

Delivery TimeWe must state as part of our terms & conditions that once we have dispatched your order and it has been accepted by the Royal Mail or National Carrier we are completely in their hands to operate their service. We regret that we cannot be responsible when your order may arrive later than expected or is lost in their service.We as the sellers are not responsible for delivery time, once your order has been dispatched. Delivery time information is provided by the carrier, usually the Royal Mail postal system, and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery time may vary, particularly during peak period.In the unlikely event that your order is lost /delayed in the post please contact us either by email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you the delivery number to track with your local post office.
Royal Mail Industrial Action
We as the sellers are not responsible for delivery time, once your order has been dispatched. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail, so may be affected by the Royal Mail Industrial Action.
Royal Mail Industrial Action :Strike Action
During the Industrial Strike we do recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is a guaranteed service by Royal Mail and not the Communication Workers Union (CWU).If you want to upgrade your postal service to Special Delivery, please contact us with your bank card details so that we can take payment for additional postage costs.

Candle Favours Availability We are currently taking pre booked orders for favours for 2011 and 2012
We highly recommend that you place your order early for personalised candle favours - If you are interested in placing an order early, e-mail email@example.com with order details, we can then pre book your order into our work schedule, arrange to send a sample and once your order has been confirmed by you, we will confirm order and contact you before we start to process your order to take payment.

It take time to create our unique hand-crafted favours so please do not expect them to be sent within days of placing an order, especially between March and September when Wedding, Christening, and First Holy communion orders are at their peak. Approx lead times are as shown above and are given for the month that the order is placed.
Personalised Favours to ensure we meet your order timeframe, we require a 4 - 12 week order time for the peak period of February, March, April, June and July and an 12 - 16 week order time for the peak period of May.
Non personalised Ready Made favours orders are processed and despatched within 10 -14 working days, from clearance of payment depending on stock availability and orders awaiting process. Orders are then despatched within delivery service chosen.
Late/ Rush Orders, there is an additional cost of £20.00 per order - During our busiest times of the year April - September several standard orders are declined due to the short timescale customers are expecting favours to be created and despatched please call 01344 297160 or e-mail us before ordering as there is an additional cost if we are able to process an order.
