All custom designed candles are completely personalised to suit the occasion, with designs that can include images, photos, messages, verses, names, dates - whatever you want!
We use either ivory or white candles. We do recommend BLACK text as it displays best on the candles. Although we do not recommend pastel or light colours, blue, yellow, pink, red, green, gold, silver text etc these colour combinations are very popular that we do print quite often, although we cannot except returns if you are dissatisfied with the colour.
The above colour combinations are not recommend as we are unable to match exact colours and because the text colour will not appear pronounced on the candles. However if you do wish to have a different colour try and stay with a rich dark colour., i.e. black, dark blue, bordeaux and purple. Due to the process we use we cannot use, metallic finishes and white or ivory images
If choosing poems and inscriptions you should choose a larger candle, on smaller candles text should be kept short as smaller text tends to disappear.
We have recently had a refurbishment of our design studio and have upgraded to new design software and printers, which has effected the type of fonts that we can now offer. Whilst we are updating the website with new font types, If we are unable to design with the font you have selected we will use the most appropiate type of font.
Custom Designed Personalised Candle Design Format:
11.5cm - (Recommended 60 characters including spaces - 3 lines of text - 20 characters on each line)
16.5cm - (Recommended 100 characters including spaces - 5 lines of text - 20 characters on each line)
21.5cm - (Recommended 160 characters including spaces - 8 lines of text - 20 characters on each line)
We provide a choice of designs and images or we can use your own photographs, images and designs.
Photo Candles
When we include a photograph to your candle design, the white is not printed. This means that any colour that is white will be shown as the colour of the candle (which is Ivory or white and not bleached white). For this reason, photographs that contain colour and are bold in nature can usually appear better than light and subtle photographs. We can include customer photo's free of charge, although if you require an editing service for your photo, i.e. background removed, red eye etc, we can send you photo's to a designer and prices start from £25.00 and take approx 7 - 10 days. Just advise when placing your order of the editing services required and we will contact you with a quote.
Personalised Candle Favour Orders
For personalised favour orders we do accept pre booked orders up to 12 months before your special occasion. We are currently taking orders for 2011 and 2012 and are currently fully booked until June 2011.
Personalised Candle Orders
Our Busiest time of year is March - September, and we do find that we are fully booked during these months with pre booked orders for all sacraments. All of our personalised candles are custom designed to customer specifications so do take time to create and design, if placing order during this timw please check order times for any updated information, or in case we are fully booked. During our busy time personalised candles usually have a central design with text usually above and or below the main design, however if you have specific requirements please contact us by e-mail or telephone to advise.
We highly recommend that if you require personalised candles during these months that you order your personalised candles early.

Quality Personalised Bespoke Candles
Our range of bespoke personalised candle designed by Keepsake Kreations are unique and designed to customer specifications, due to the process time required dispatch times are approx 14 - 21working days
As part of the candle design process, Keepsake Kreations uses sophisticated computer graphic technology and laser systems to design and decorate every candle. Candle designs are printed onto a thin transparant water-based decal laser transfer, which is placed on the candle's surface and heat-pressed and set into the wax, and left to set.
All of our personalised candles are then re dipped into a clear non flammable candle wax coating, then left overnight to fully dry, the candle wax coating will provide a protective layer of thin wax over the transfer, so to protect the candle design and give each candle a beautiful shine.
The candle process is a very delicate and requires alot of hand-operated work, at every process the candles are checked to ensure that we continue and maintain the high quality service we are renowned for and our customers deserve.
We do not use stickers that will blister and peel or wraps that are just stuck round the candle.
The attention to detail is what makes your bespoke personalised candle so special, our personalised candles are made to the highest standards and are designed to last.
The final result is a stunning personalised candle guaranteed to create an impression for all occasions.
Decorative Personalised Candles
We also have a range of "off-the-shelf generic decorative personalised candles" which are designed by off site suppliers, and offer 2 types of dispatch services, standard service is 5 - 7 working days, and Express service is 72hrs.
These candles have a prefixed design, and your personalised details are included in the prefix design. Candle designs are then printed onto either water based decals or self adhesive decals, and placed onto the candles, the candle is protected gift by clear cellophane and hand tied with curling ribbons.

| Sample Favours - Personalised Custom Designed Candles We do not offer free samples of our items.
We charge for sending a sample out to you for your approval, PLEASE NOTE: samples can take approx 6 - 12 weeks to be processed. Apologies for anyone that is disappointed by this, but to help us work faster we have had to implement this to save time.
We can change the sample if the wording is incorrect - but the basic item size cannot be altered. We very much regret that we cannot refund you the £6.95 if you decide, for any reason, not to proceed with an order.
We send out samples so that you can see the size of the candle and where the printing is on the candle (this can be changed if you wish) plus for you to check the wording.
We currently only send samples of the following items: personalised candle favours, and wedding table candles
The cost of the sample will be refunded should you order the same design.
