Delivery Information Keepsake Kreations has a policy of not profiting from postage charges. Therefore each item is weighed, so the cost of shipping is calculated every time you add an item to your basket, the total postage costs will depend on weight of order.The final cost of shipping also includes packaging time and packaging materials, insurance whilst in transit, as well as weight of postage charged by Royal Mail. Personalised candles are dispatched in a sturdy purpose designed postage box.
The cost of Shipping includes both postal charges and packaging. Shipping charges are updated once you have added items to your basket, and can be seen by clicking on view basket, or checkout.
There are 2 ways we dispatch your orders from our warehouse:
Parcels under 2.5kg we use Royal Mail's Small parcel service and Royal Mail's Standard Parcel service as the preferred method for shipping within the UK.Tracking numbers are available on request.
Parcels over 2.5kg we use Parcel Force 48 or Next Day Courier Service.Tracking numbers are available on request.
Postage costs shown in shopping cart are for standard 1st class recorded delivery to UK mainland only.
Delivery times are based upon information given to us by Royal Mail and Courier Companies.
We sometimes split orders into 2 or more parcels to keep postage cost down.
For orders shipped internationally we use Royal Mail Air Parcel.
Miniumum shipping rate is £2.95 (unless the item states: p&p inc)
Maximum postage we charge is £11.95
Prices shown for non personalised gift items include postage and packaging and is shown as (p&p inc).
When your order have left our warehouse you will receive an automated dispatch email
Allow up to 14 working days for deliveries to mainland UK after order has been dispatched (During the Christmas period, please allow an extra few days.)
All UK orders are sent via 1st class Royal Mail recorded or special delivery and require a signature. A majority of orders are delivered within 1 working day but can take up to two weeks. If there is no one available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a notification card and your order will be taken to your local post office where it will be available for collection. Your parcel will be kept at your local post office for 5 days, if it is not collected it will be returned to us, and will need further shipping payment for the parcel to be resent.
We as the sellers are not responsible for delivery time, once your order has been dispatched. Delivery time information is provided by the carrier, usually the Royal Mail postal system, and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
If you live in the UK and have not received your order within 5 - 7 days of the receipt of a "Your order has been shipped" email, please first check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding a parcel for you.
Orders are only classified as missing in the post 15 days after posting. If 15 days or more have passed and your order has not been received, please contact us.
