| | | | Personalised Candles With the ever increasing demand for personalised gifts and accessories our candles provide a decorative and unique memento for a huge range of occasions.
All candles are completely personalised to suit the occasion, with designs that can include images, photos, messages, verses, names, dates - whatever you want!
We use either ivory or white candles. We do recommend BLACK text as it displays best on the candles. Although we do not recommend pastel or light colours, blue, yellow, pink, red, green, gold, silver text etc these colour combinations are very popular that we do print quite often, although we cannot except returns if you are dissatisfied with the colour.
The above colour combinations are not recommend as we are unable to match exact colours and because the text colour will not appear pronounced on the candles. However if you do wish to have a different colour try and stay with a rich dark colour., i.e. black, dark blue, bordeaux and purple. Due to the process we use we cannot use, metallic finishes and white or ivory images
If choosing poems and inscriptions you should choose a larger candle, on smaller candles text should be kept short as smaller text tends to disappear.
We provide a choice of designs and images or we can use your own photographs, images and designs.
Photo Candles
When we include a photograph to your candle design, the white is not printed. This means that any colour that is white will be shown as the colour of the candle (which is Ivory or white and not bleached white). For this reason, photographs that contain colour and are bold in nature can usually appear better than light and subtle photographs. We can include customer photo's free of charge, although if you require an editing service for your photo, i.e. background removed, red eye etc, we can send you photo's to a designer and prices start from £25.00 and take approx 7 - 10 days. Just advise when placing your order of the editing services required and we will contact you with a quote.
Personalised Candle Favour Orders
For personalised favour orders we do accept pre booked orders up to 12 months before your special occasion. We are currently taking orders for 2008 and have limited availability for
100 + favours during April, & June 2008, we are fully booked for May & August 2008.

Creative Personalised Candles - It's 1-2-3 Easy
1 - You specify the occasion, personalised message, colours, fonts and design
2 - We custom design a candle decal and send it to you for approval within 5 - 7 working days, we only send one proof of your candle design, any additional proofs requested by you are charged at £2.00 each.
3 - Once approved, the candles will be ready for delivery within 10 - 14 days * during busy times 21 - 28 days.
Quality Candles
All candles are of a high quality, are clean burning with a clear bright flame and are hand finished and gift packaged in cellophane and curling ribbons.
Every candle design is unique. Keepsake Kreations uses sophisticated computer graphic technology and laser systems to design and decorate every candle. Candle designs are printed onto a thin transparant water-based decal laser transfer, which is placed on the candle's surface and heat-pressed and set into the wax. All of our large personalised candles are dipped with a clear non flammable laquer to protect them and give them a beautiful shine, due to the process we are unable to dip the smaller favour candles. We do not use stickers that will blister and peel or wraps that are just stuck round the candle. Our candles are made to the highest standards and are designed to last.
The result is a stunning candle guaranteed to create an impression for all occasions.

Approximate Candle Burn Times
All of our burn times shown are approximate candle burning times. Burning times of different indoor or outdoor candle may vary. Burning a candle in a container greatly increases the burn time.

| Sample Favours - Personalised Custom Designed Candles & Chocolates We do not offer free samples of our items. Many of our favours do not have a minimum purchase requirement, and so samples can be purchased individually.
If an item does have a minimum requirement please contact us at tina@keepsakekreations.co.uk or 01344 297160 and we will do the best we can to provide you with a sample.
You can order a personalised favour candle, chocolate Bar or Custom designed candle from the the page of the design you have chosen, via our On-line Shop, or telephone or e-mail our sales office.
We charge £6.95 for sending a sample out to you for your approval.
We can change the sample if the wording is incorrect - but the basic item size cannot be altered. We very much regret that we cannot refund you the £6.95 if you decide, for any reason, not to proceed with an order.
We send out samples so that you can see where the printing is on the item (this can be changed if you wish) and for you to check the wording.
Once you have approved the sample by e - mail you will be charged for all the items you have ordered.
We currently only send samples of the following items: personalised candle favours, wedding table candles and chocolate bars
The cost of the sample will be refunded should you order the same design.
