Max of 3 lines of personalisation Max of 15 characters per line (inc spaces) with up to 45 characters, on 3 lines with 15 characters per line.

- Personalise with the loved one name(s), Memorial Date/Year and Message.
- Orders dispatched within service chosen by Royal Mail 1st class service, please allow additional time for Royal Mail delivery.
- Due to the personalised nature of the personalised bauble, they are a non returnable item
- Do not exceed the max number of characters for personalisation, as your order will be rejected by the designer, and we will need to contact you, hence delaying the process of your order.
- Please be careful when entering your personalised details and ensure that all spellings and capitalisations are correct, as what is entered into the personalisation boxes, will be copied directly into the engraving template
